The concept is to introduce Japanese culture. We will only accept applicants who keep this principle.
Each booth will get one tent. Applying for more than one booth is very welcome! The time for the food sale will be between 11am to 6pm. We will contact you with details of setup and cleanup after you apply.
Terms and Conditions: Booth activities should introduce Japanese culture and/or activities bridging between Japan and the U.S. Booths can also be used promote businesses and volunteer opportunities that encourage Japan-U.S. relations.
Fee: $800 per booth (includes applications for insurance)

Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable after a booth application form has been fully processed and approved. The fee is also non-refundable in case of cancellations due to inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
