Welcome to the application for 7th Boston Japan Festival Boston for 2018! We are so excited that you are one step closer to your business goal.
Booths should introduce aspects of Japanese culture and/or promote Japan-U.S. relations. Each booth will have approximately 10 ft x 9 ft space. If you need more than that, please apply for 2 booths or more according to your needs. You have a choice of renting a tent (or tents) or not using tent at all, but you are not allowed to bring your own tents. Please see below for details. Rates for booths vary depending on the choice of selling goods (a “vendor”) at the event and the choice of renting a tent. Please choose the appropriate option.
The deadline for the regular booth application is 8pm E.T., March 16, 2018.
You can get $50 off if you apply before Sunday, 8pm E.T., February 18!
You can also rent tables ($15 each, 8 ft x 2.5 ft) and chairs ($3 each). Details about booth set-up, take-down, and deposits will be sent at a later date after your application has been fully processed and approved. **Please note: Food booth applicants must submit an “Application for Food Booth.” Vendor booth applicants must apply for vendor booth status on the application below. Neither food booth applicants nor vendor booth applicants can register for a regular non-vendor booth. Please note that if the content of your booth is not related to the core of the event or inappropriate whatsoever, we might reject the application. Thank you for your understanding.
Terms and Conditions: Booth activities should introduce Japanese culture and/or activities bridging between Japan and the U.S. Booths can also be used promote businesses and volunteer opportunities that encourage Japan-U.S. relations.

Includes tent: $480 ($430 if applied by Feb 18)
No tent* : $280 ($230 if applied by Feb 18)
Includes tent: $380 ($330 if applied by Feb 18)
No tent*: $180 ($130 if applied by Feb 18)
*Note: you are not allowed to bring your own tents.
*Please we are only accepting regular booth applications here and not food booth application. Thank you for your corporation.
Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable after a booth application form has been fully processed and approved. The fee is also non-refundable in case of cancellations due to inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
