2024 Japan Festival Boston Regular Booth Application
Regular Booth Applications for the 2024 festival are NOW CLOSED!

Welcome to the application for Japan Festival Boston 2024! We are very excited that you have decided to join us this year. This year, Japan Festival Boston will be held on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at Boston Common in downtown Boston. Please note that we only accept applications for 2-day participation.
<Terms and Conditions>
Booth activities should introduce Japanese culture and/or activities bridging between Japan and the U.S. Booths can also be used to promote businesses and volunteer opportunities that encourage Japan-U.S. relations.
Each booth will have approximately 10 ft x 9 ft space. If you need more than that, please apply for 2 booths or more according to your needs.
You have a choice of renting a tent (or tents) or not using a tent at all, but you are not allowed to bring your own tents. Please see below for details.
The participation fee varies depending on the choice of “vendor” or “non-vendor” and the choice of renting a tent. If you plan to sell any items or services at your booth, applicants must apply for vendor booth status.

The deadline for the regular booth application is Sunday, March 31st, 2024.
You will receive an early-bird discount if you apply before Thursday, February 29th!
You can also rent tables ($20 each, 8 ft x 2.5 ft) and chairs ($5 each). Electricity will not be provided.
Details about payment, booth set-up, take-down, and other information will be sent at a later date after your application has been fully processed and approved.
Please note that if the content of your booth is not related to the core of the event or inappropriate whatsoever, we might reject the application. Thank you for your understanding.

Regular Booth registration fees for the 2024 Japan Festival Boston
Vendors
Includes tent: $1,000 ($900 if applied by Feb. 29)
No tent*: $550 ($490 if applied by Feb. 29)
Non-vendors
Includes tent: $700 ($630 if applied by Feb. 29)
No tent*: $350 ($315 if applied by Feb. 29)|
*Note: you are not allowed to bring your own tents.
The application deadline is Sunday, March 31, 2024.
<Cancellation Policy>
The registration fee is non-refundable after a booth application form has been fully processed and approved. The fee is also non-refundable in case of cancellations due to inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
